Booking Policy

01. When booking a tour, you can either pay $500 or full amount to confirm your booking.

02. In case you paid $500 in advance, the remaining amount must be paid at least 120 days before tour departure.

Refunds

01. $500 booking fee is non-refundable. However, we will gladly switch the advance fee for another tour.

02. Apart from the $500 booking fee, other amounts can be refunded in the following scenarios:

• full refund: cancellation before 90 days of the departure date.
• 50% refund: cancellation between 90 – 45 days from departure date.
• no refund: if the booking is cancelled, less than 45 days from departure date.

* in any of the above three scenarios, $500 advance deposit is non-refundable.
