BOOKING POLICY

• When booking a tour, you can either pay $500 or full amount to confirm your booking.
• If you have paid a USD 500 deposit in advance, the remaining balance is due at least 90 days prior to the tour departure date. ADA will send you payment instructions with the exact remaining amount and transfer details closer to the due date.

REFUNDS

• $500 booking fee is non-refundable. However, we will gladly switch the advance fee for another tour.
• Apart from the $500 booking fee, other amounts can be refunded in the following scenarios:
  
  

Full refund: cancellation before 90 days of the departure date.

50% refund: cancellation between 90 – 45 days from departure date minus the non-refundable booking deposit.

No refund: if the booking is cancelled, less than 45 days from departure date.

* in any of the above three scenarios, $500 advance deposit is non-refundable.
