TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. DEPOSIT
To confirm your place on a tour, a non-refundable deposit of $500 USD per person is required. Your booking will only be considered confirmed once this deposit has been received and you receive a confirmation email from A Different Agenda (ADA).
If you wish to transfer your booking to another tour within the same calendar year, we’ll do our best to accommodate the request—based on the availability of spots.
2. BALANCE OF PAYMENT
The remaining balance of your tour cost must be paid at least 45 days prior to the tour's start date.
- Bookings made within 45 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
- Promotional offers (e.g., SALE or SPECIAL) may also require full payment upfront. These conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
- In extremely rare situations (such as natural disasters or conflict), additional payments may be required to continue with the trip. We will inform you as early as possible if such circumstances arise.
Failure to make the final payment on time may lead to cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
3. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
All cancellations must be submitted in writing, and are effective from the date received by ADA.
Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 45 days before departure: We will refund the balance amount, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 45 days before departure: Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided.
No-Shows:
If you do not arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time, your booking will be considered a no-show, and full cancellation charges will apply.
Need Help?
We understand that unexpected life events and financial hardships happen. If you're unable to join your tour and need a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please write to us. While we can't guarantee a refund beyond the stated policy, we’ll always try to work something out with flexibility, wherever possible.
4. PRICING
All prices are quoted in USD, unless stated otherwise.
ADA reserves the right to adjust prices due to:
- Currency fluctuations

Any such changes will be communicated with transparency.

Motorcycle riders must hold a valid license that permits riding motorcycles in their country of residence.
8. MOTORCYCLE UPGRADE POLICY (CFMoto 450 MT)
If you choose to upgrade to the CFMoto 450 MT, the following terms apply:
Insurance Deposit: $500 USD in cash, refundable at the end of the tour
Minor scratches are not charged. In the case of a crash, you will only be responsible for the cost of damaged parts. Our goal is to return your full deposit, so take care of our motorcycles.
9. CHANGES TO ITINERARY
Due to the nature of adventure travel, itineraries may need to change—sometimes even during the tour. ADA reserves the right to amend or cancel sections of the tour if needed for safety, weather, or logistical reasons.
Our tour leaders also have the authority to modify routes or exclude participants who may pose a risk to themselves or others, or who are physically unfit to continue.
10. ACCOMMODATION
All accommodations are provided on a twin-share basis, unless you have opted for a single supplement (subject to availability).
In very remote areas, some facilities may be basic. While we strive to ensure clean and comfortable lodging, please understand that standards may vary in very remote places.
11. SAFETY
Motorcycle touring involves inherent risks. By joining our tours, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Our support team carries first-aid kits for minor injuries. In the event of a serious medical emergency, your travel insurance will be activated, and alternate arrangements will be made—expenses for which are your responsibility.
Please note that communication in remote areas can be unreliable. ADA is not responsible for lack of connectivity during the tour.
12. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Comprehensive travel insurance is recommended. It must include:
- Trip cancellation
- Medical coverage
- Emergency evacuation (EVAC)
- Loss of luggage
Note: Most travel insurance policies do not cover third-party liability while operating a motorcycle. You will be personally liable for any damage or injury caused while riding.
13. RESPONSIBILITY
ADA serves as a facilitator and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers. We are not liable for injuries, delays, illnesses, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
By booking a tour with ADA, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms outlined above. These conditions are subject to change without prior notice, although we will always strive to communicate updates clearly and in good faith.
