TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. DEPOSIT
A non-refundable booking deposit of $500.00 per person is required to secure your tour booking. Your place on the tour will only be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and a confirmation email from A Different Agenda (ADA) verifying that space is available.
In the event space is not available for the selected tour, the deposit will either be refunded or transferred to another tour, as per your preference.
2. BALANCE OF PAYMENT
The remaining balance of the tour cost must be paid at least 45 days prior to departure. Failure to meet this deadline may result in additional charges, cancellation of your booking, or forfeiture of your deposit.
For bookings made within 45 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Promotional offers such as "SALE" or "SPECIAL" may require full payment at the time of booking. Such conditions will be clearly stated.
Additional payments (e.g., for permits, government taxes, or unforeseen charges) may be required. You will be notified in writing as soon as possible.
3. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are effective from the date received by ADA.
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the following schedule:
: Refund of the balance, minus the non-refundable deposit.Less than 45 days before departure: No refunds.
If you fail to show up at the designated meeting point on the prescribed date and time, it will be considered a “no-show,” and full cancellation charges will apply.
In exceptional cases, ADA may allow a transfer to another date or tour, but this is not guaranteed and is subject to management's discretion.
4. PRICING
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
ADA reserves the right to adjust tour prices due to currency fluctuations, new taxes, levies, or unforeseen costs.
Any additional costs incurred during the tour due to external factors will be communicated promptly.
5. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Unless otherwise specified, your package includes:
Airport transfers matching the tour dates
Twin-share accommodations
Meals as stated in the itinerary (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
Motorcycle or vehicle (recent models) with fuel
Support crew and vehicle
Local guides, mechanical support, first aid, and pre-arranged entertainment
6. NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Pre- or post-tour accommodations and transfers
Drinks, snacks, and meals not specified in the itinerary
Entry fees, monument fees, and camera fees
Travel insurance, inoculations, passports, and visas
Tips, gratuities, ride gear, helmets, and personal expenses
7. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
You are responsible for possessing valid passports, visas, inoculations, and any other required documents for travel.
Motorcycle riders must hold a valid license to ride a 150cc motorcycle in their country of residence.
8. MOTORCYCLE UPGRADE POLICY (CFMoto 450 MT)
Upgrade Price: $100 per day unless specified otherwise, calculated for the total number of tour days.
Insurance Deposit: $500 in cash (refundable) is required.
Minor scratches are acceptable; however, in the event of a crash, you will only be charged for the damaged parts. The goal is to refund your deposit in full at the end of the tour. Please ride responsibly and take care of the bikes.
9. CHANGES TO ITINERARY
Due to the nature of adventure tours, itineraries are subject to change at any time, even during the tour.
ADA reserves the right to amend, delete, or cancel sections of the itinerary as necessary to ensure safety and smooth operations.
Tour leaders have the authority to modify routes and exclude participants deemed unsafe or unfit to continue.
10. ACCOMODATION
Accommodations are provided on a twin-share basis unless a single supplement has been paid.
In some cases (e.g., guesthouses, trains, or cruises), single accommodations may not be available.
ADA ensures clean, comfortable accommodations but cannot guarantee quality in all remote areas.
11. SAFETY
Adventure travel, particularly motorcycle tours, carries inherent risks. By joining an ADA tour, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Tour leaders are first-aid trained and carry emergency kits for minor injuries. For serious medical emergencies, travel insurance coverage will be activated, or alternate arrangements will be made at your expense.
Communication in remote areas may be unreliable; ADA is not liable for lack of connectivity.
12. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and luggage loss.
Insurance must be arranged at the time of deposit payment, and you are required to provide the policy number to ADA.
Note: Most travel insurance policies do not cover personal liability or third-party damage caused while operating motorized vehicles. You will be personally responsible for damages or injuries caused while operating a motorcycle.
13. RESPONSIBILITY
ADA acts as a facilitator and is not liable for acts or omissions of service providers.
ADA is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or other incidents arising from circumstances outside its control.
