Join a captivating 10-day luxury yoga, meditation and mindfulness retreat in the heart of Northern Pakistan led by our wellness instructor, Rahmala.

Our yoga retreat welcomes all levels, and ensures an inclusive experience. Our practice nurtures deliberate movement, with daily rituals of yoga, qigong, meditation, breath-work and mindful walking.

OUR INSTRUCTOR RAHMALA
Rahmala’s trauma and chronic pain focused body and breath-work practice is grounded in her Vipassana and Brahmavihara practice. Beginning in 2015, she has sat Vipassana retreats in Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, Burma and the US, learning from monastics and teachers rooted in the Theravada tradition.
She's trained in trauma-informed healing for Muslim women (Ihsaas) and holds Hatha yoga certification (RYT-200) from South India. She is also a QiGong and Reiki (Level 1 and 2 in the Usui tradition) practitioner.
Rahmala’s facilitation focuses on building somatic intelligence, proprioception and self-compassion.
Beyond retreats, Rahmala’s impact extends to weekly classes, personalized sessions, and enlightening workshops at educational institutions and community centers.
With a background in journalism and media strategy, Rahmala integrates mindfulness into teaching science, technology, society, and critical media studies at IBA, Karachi.As a co-founder of Karachi Sangha and the Karachi Wellness Festival, Rahma is deeply involved in the local wellness and Vipassana community.
